This course will concentrate on a french technique called openwork. This is a process of building a basket on a hoop, attaching stakes with scalloms and fitching the uprights together. We will also cover the correct care and use of tools, the origins of the materials and grading and selecting the right material for the right job.

You will be able to make 1 - 3 items during the course. Course suitable for those with some basket making experience.
