Build an Ironbridge
style coracle using simple tools and
techniques to suit all levels of experience
and ability. You will learn to select
suitable ash laths, techniques of bending
laths to shape, nailing, clenching
nails, fixing and tailoring the calico
cover ready for painting. At the end
of the course you will be taking home
your very own coracle!
At the end of the
3 day course your coracle will be ready
to launch at the Ironbridge Coracle
Regatta, you would be most welcome
to join in. Monday 30th August.
